Every ingredient is hand-selected. Our fish arrives daily from sustainable North Sea fishers.
We host only 24 guests per seating, ensuring each table receives our full attention.
An extraordinary evening. The Wagyu course alone was worth the journey from Berlin. Chef Weiss has the rare gift of making each plate feel both inevitable and surprising.

We host only two seatings per evening. Tables are in high demand — we recommend booking at least three weeks in advance for Friday and Saturday evenings.
